Revantex powers Avidor, the AI concierge at Glass City Timepieces — a curated watch dealership in Toledo. Avidor knows every reference in the inventory, fields collector questions on sizing, movements, and condition, and hands the conversation to the dealer when a buyer is ready to talk numbers.
It started as a tool the founder built for his own shop. It worked well enough that other shops should have it too.

Built by an operator, not a consultancy.
Bespectacled Technology Solutions was founded by Mir Ali, a technology executive turned independent operator. He spent his corporate career building and running enterprise technology, most recently as VP of Technology Applications at Heidrick & Struggles, before leaving in 2026 to build Bespectacled full-time — serving as fractional CIO and CTO while shipping Revantex.
He also runs Glass City Timepieces, a curated watch practice — which means Revantex isn't a product imagined in a pitch deck. It answers real customers, about real inventory, in a real shop, every day. A native Ohioan, Mir has called Toledo home for more than thirty years, and Bespectacled is built there.
